God, I need a savior
God, I need a friend
This world can seem so dark
At times…..
I don’t even know who I am.
God, I don’t know why
Following you can be so hard
But no matter where you lead me
I will trust you with my heart.
Throughout my life, you’ve been sovereign
Throughout my life, you’ve never changed
You are the Alpha and Omega
Your word still remains.
You are faithful, yet powerful
You are the rock that still stands
Society may mock you
but their lives crash into sand.
You are the firm foundation
That is the truest truth
God, I need a savior
God, I need you!
