Currently, I work a traditional 8-5pm job but my dream is to be a writer – specifically a poet. In an Alternative universe, that’s exactly what I would do. I would be a poet who travels the world and encourages and inspires others through vulnerability and poetry. Although this may seem far fetch in this current moment, who says this can’t be my alternative universe TOMORROW?
At the end of the day, we all have dreams and ambitions and that is why it is so important to prepare for the life we eventually want. Don’t you dare give up on your dreams or think it’s impossible. If you put in the work and continue to be true to yourself – IT WILL HAPPEN.
With that being said, I am going to ask all of you on here to do something for me – if you like any of my poetry, please like and share it on whatever platform you can. Most of the time, we carry our dreams on our back, BUT what if the only way we achieve our dreams is by supporting and encouraging EACH OTHER?
