She never wanted riches.
Never diamonds.
Never a bigger house.
Never a fuller bank account.
She wanted to be loved.
Not tolerated.
Not convenient.
Not almost.
Loved.
The kind of love
that reaches for your hand
without thinking.
The kind that says,
“You’re home.”
She spent her life
building everything
everyone said would matter.
The career.
The family.
The home.
The life.
She has all of it.
And still,
her heart keeps searching
for the one thing
she never knew how to build.
To be seen.
To be chosen.
To be enough
without earning it.
She never wanted the world.
She only wanted to be
someone’s world.
To wake up
and never question
where she stood.
To never have to wonder
if she was loved
or simply needed.
Because those
are not the same.
And maybe
that’s the deepest kind of loneliness—
having everything
you once prayed for…
except the one thing
she never should have had to earn.
