The things I love the most about me, are the same things I hate.
I love that I am strong willed. However, I hate the things I had to go through that made me strong.
I love how I am a selfless person. However, I hate how I am selfless only because I’ve experienced the blows of selfish people.
I love how I am a person who loves deeply. However, I hate how I love deeply only because my soul knows what it’s like to yearn for love and never get it.
There are so many things about myself, I love. However, the same things I love about myself are somehow the same things that keep me up at night.
